della Società di Ortoflorofrutticola
Italiana
(SOI) e ha la funzione di coordinare le attività di ricerca
tra i membri aderenti di istituzioni
sia pubbliche sia private. Il presente portale sarà
costantemente aggiornato dal coordinatore e ha la funzione
di raccogliere e divulgare le informazioni riguardanti tutti
gli interessati nel settore del postraccolta in Italia.
Il gruppo è stato coordinato negli anni
da: Ilaria Mignani (dalla fondazione fino al 1998), Fabio
Mencarelli (1999-2002), Piero Tonutti (2003-2006) e Gianluca
Burchi (2007-2013).
