Welcome to our Homepage. The Carnosine consortium is an informal group of researchers with wide interests spanning all aspects of carnosine and other histidine dipeptides .
We are a voluntary network whose aim is to promote discussion and collaboration among scientists interested in research on carnosine and relative hisitdine dipeptides. If you are interested in this field, please join the carnosine consortium.
