Participants to the SSPA2014 can choose between two registration packages: an All Inclusive Registration or a Basic Registration.
– The All inclusive registration fee (last acceptance 1st September) includes access to all scientific sessions, all meals, coffee breaks, the final program, the abstract book, and 3 nights accommodation (check-in 22nd of September; check-out 25th of September) in a double/twin room at a three-star hotel located at a walking distance from the SSPA2014 venue.
– The Basic registration fee includes attendance at the Opening Ceremony and all scientific sessions, all coffee breaks and meals, the social dinner, the final program, and the abstract book. Accommodation is not included in the basic registration fee.
Maximim number of participants is 80.
Registration policy and fees
Provided that maximum number (80 participants) is not reached, all inclusive registrations will be accepted until September 1 2014. After this date, only basic registration will be accepted.

The personal information we receive from participants will also be required after the School for statistical purposes and for the dispatch of information on relevant symposia/school in the future. If you do not wish your personal data to be published or distributed, please inform us when you register for the summer school.
An e-mail confirming your registration will be sent to you.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SSPA 2014 Secretariat (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The policy regarding refund of the registration fee and booked events is as follows: for cancellations received before June 30, 2014, there will not be any cancellation charge, for cancellations received between the 1st of August and August 31 there will be a cancellation charge of Euro 100. After the 1st September no refunds will be made.
