In the frame of the EU research project TRUEFOOD (Traditional United Europe Food), the University of Milan (Italy) with the collaboration of Ghent University (Belgium), Campden & Chorleywood (Hungary) and PEGroup (Italy) developed a self evaluating tool for traditional food firms related to their marketing management capabilities
