MATERIALS
Posters have to be printed on light cardboard and
set up on the poster boards by adhesive tape, available on site.
HEADINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
All headings and illustrations have be of good quality, prepared in advanced and brought
to the congress site ready for the setting up. It is not possible to print any document on site.
POSTER NUMBERS and SESSIONS
New code-number: All posters have been given a new code-number (P-XX) which is different from the original
number assigned when uploading the abstract. The new code-number corresponding to each poster will be
printed in the final program that will be distributed at the congress site and on the poster boards.
Daily poster sessions: Posters have been divided into 4 daily poster sessions. Please check the new
code-number and the daily poster sessions carefully, since posters will have to be displayed accordingly.
POSTER SET UP AND REMOVAL
The poster area is situated in the Room Bar Club and all posters will have to be on display for the whole day the poster session refer to.
